The resources selected fall within three broad categories of self-leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership. Developing and honing our skills in each of these three categories is a must if we are to raise up and deploy healthy and productive church planting teams and team leaders.
EurLead was created to provide a wide variety of resources through a variety of mediums that allow all of us, no matter our age, experience or education, to grow in skills that are necessary as team leaders and members in our AGWM/Eurasia context. We utilize the best in both Christian and Secular leadership material to bring practical and easy access resources that add both immediate and long term value to our efforts in becoming better leaders.
